Teresa Jan, AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP, approaches each project with curiosity and deep care for community, nature, and their existing—and potential—interconnections. As Director of Climate Positive Design at Multistudio, she aspires to address climate justice through her leadership in regenerative design. She advocates for all electric cooking as a key culinary vehicle toward a decarbonized future and recently served as a content leader for The Building Decarbonization Practice Guide, A Zero Carbon Future for the Built Environment. Teresa actively engages with the architectural community such as AIACOTE San Francisco and others. She served as a juror for the 2023 AIA National Honor Awards and speaks frequently at national conferences regarding decarbonization and inclusive design.
