Pamela Brookstein manages the Value for High Performing Homes program at Elevate, a nonprofit organization dedicated to designing and implementing efficiency programs that lower costs, protect the environment, and ensure the benefits of clean energy reach those who need them most. In her role, she works to ensure high-performing homes are fairly valued during the real estate transaction. She has expertise in engaging various sectors of the real estate community on issues such as energy efficiency and solar. Pamela leads Elevate’s research on the best ways to engage real estate professionals and homebuyers on the topic of high-performance homes. She works to define the messages that these groups need to hear in order to prioritize clean and efficient upgrades Pamela developed, launched and is the instructor for classes about high-performing homes that are designed specifically for real estate professionals and teaches hundreds of agents a year across the country.
