Neil Muir is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Arup’s New York office with broad existing buildings technical knowledge. He has experience both in leading portfolio-scale energy auditing, and designing HVAC retrofits for cultural, educational, and transportation centers. Drawing from the unique challenges associated with decarbonizing buildings of varying age, condition, and size, Neil is now active in projects where he serves as an advisor to the technical feasibility of proposed decarbonization solutions.
