Neha manages Emerald Cities Collaborative’s Bay Area efforts to build contractors’ capacity to work on “green” building projects and engages in advocacy and policy-making to promote equitable building electrification. She previously worked as a Senior Analyst on electric rates at the California Public Utilities Commission and on issues of food access in low-income communities. She holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and a Master in City Planning from MIT.
