An influential and highly motivated environmental professional with 7 years of experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives. Meghavi has experience with developing different strategies based on the asset class, including residential, retail, office and industrial. Meghavi has executed portfolio wide and specific property-based strategies since “one size does not fit all” in the commercial real estate industry. She has experience and perspective from the lens of both property management and building owner. She has facilitated the planning of whole building retrofits, integration of renewable energy and decarbonization projects through various asset classes. Meghavi believes that to have or create a state-of-the-art building, environmental, human wellness and community integration are all essential factors that need to unite. Meghavi holds a master’s degree in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Western Ontario. She is also a LEED and WELL AP.
