Matt Baker is the National Manager of Energy Efficiency and Electrification Program Development at Daikin Comfort Technologies, the world’s largest HVAC manufacturer. Prior to joining Daikin three and a half years ago, Matt managed a successful building science consulting firm based in the Denver, Colorado area, supporting contractor education and training efforts. Prior to that, Matt managed a team of energy efficiency program managers at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in California, overseeing workforce education and training efforts and managing operations of one of the country’s first and longest-running workforce training centers. Matt also spent a portion of his tenure at PG&E supporting the company’s income-qualified weatherization program.
Matt lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, with his wife and four daughters.
