Lisa is a life-long climate activist, co-petitioner for Brookline’s bylaw “Prohibition on New Fossil Fuel Infrastructure in Major Construction” passed in November 2019, a Brookline Town Meeting Member, a co-facilitator of the MA RMI building electrification accelerator program, and a principal of her architecture firm, Warner + Cunningham, Inc..  Since working on the passage of this bylaw, her work has focused on the MA RMI building electrification accelerator program which involved 17 towns and cities with the goal of passing local BE legislation.  This work has continued to expand to develop a building electrification movement throughout Massachusetts and beyond.  She has continued to work to pass fossil fuel free legislation at the local level with the additional goal of advancing building electrification at the state level. Individuals, working together, can make impactful change.
