Larry has more than 45 years of experience in the real estate industry as an attorney and a business executive. Larry wrote and negotiated the lease for Boulder Commons, the largest net zero energy multi-tenant building to date in the US. He has served as a senior partner with a major international law firm and as a senior executive with an international development company. His legal and business experience includes negotiating complex national and international commercial real estate transactions involving office, hotel, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He understands both legal and business issues and is able to assist his clients in efficiently negotiating agreements and developing successful projects.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Larry served as the senior real estate partner, Chair of the Real Estate Department, and a member of the Management Committee at O’Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles and New York. He also was appointed Director of Development for Kajima Urban Development (KUD), an international real estate development firm and a subsidiary of Kajima Corporation in Japan. At KUD, Larry negotiated major public private partnership transactions involving life science research buildings, aquariums, stadiums, healthcare facilities, and other projects for public and private institutions.
