Isabelle Ballet joined LaSalle in 2021 as a Sustainability Associate. Within this role, she is focused on driving asset-level sustainability initiatives. Her responsibilities include coordinating with asset management and property management teams on sustainability data tracking and project managing the implementation of green building certifications, energy audits, and on-site solar. Isabelle joins LaSalle from RE Tech Advisors, where she was a senior consultant supporting the Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Initiative, a public-private partnership program focused on energy efficiency across the US built environment. She also supported commercial real estate clients with sustainability program development and implementation. Isabelle graduated from Macalester College with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Geography.
