Garth Torvestad is the Senior Technical Consultant for ConSol. Garth has led a variety of research, consulting, and demonstration projects involving California’s Title 24 Energy Efficiency Standards and/and Zero Net Energy for residential new construction. He works with homebuilders, land developers, product manufacturers, and the California Energy Commission to advance cost-effective approaches to energy efficient construction and renewable energy integration. Garth is a LEED Accredited Professional who received his BS from CalPoly San Luis Obispo and his MS in Urban Land Development from CSU Sacramento.
