Elin Shepard works with government and education projects to maximize energy efficiency and utility incentives in new construction and major renovations. Previously, Elin worked with the state of Oregon, where she led the charge to infuse a culture of sustainability in state government. Elin has a BA from OSU, and she is a Certified Energy Manager and LEED AP BD+C. Elin is a former president of Oregon APEM, the current President of the AEE Columbia River Chapter and board member of the Council on Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (CWEEL).
