Cindy Regnier, P.E., is the Technical Leader for Commercial Building Systems at LBNL and Executive Manager for FLEXLAB®, DOE’s building technologies testbed dedicated to integrated and low energy building and grid systems integration research and development. Cindy also manages several research projects on integrated systems, ZNE and low energy whole building solutions. Prior to joining LBNL in 2009 she designed low energy projects, including net zero carbon and LEED Platinum facilities.
