Baha Sadreddin is the Global Sustainability Lead for Microsoft real estate and campuses where he manages sustainability strategy development, implementation, and budget. 

As a sustainability leader with a robust record in strategizing and implementing solutions across large-scale programs, Baha leads a global team of subject matter experts and vendors to align Microsoft Global Workplace Services with the company’s 2030 carbon negative, water positive, and zero waste commitments.

Baha received a Masters in Design Studies in Energy and Environments from Harvard University while being cross-enrolled at MIT, and completed a Bachelor of Architecture with a focus on sustainability at the University of Oregon. 

He has been a speaker at various conferences and organizations including the Living Futures, Getting to Zero, GoGreen, Carbon Leadership Forum, and the AIA Committee on the Environment.
