What do you hope to gain from mentoring a Next Gen student?
We would like each mentor to participate in at least one discussion group over the course of the program (November 2023-June 2024). This will involve attending the discussion group and answering student questions. Is this something you are willing to do and if so, what would you consider your personal areas of expertise (2-3 topics)?
We anticipate mentorship will require 2-3 hours per month. Will that be manageable with your schedule? If you're concerned that it may not be, please explain.
