Rachel Golden is a policy expert and senior campaigner working to support California’s transition to clean energy. Rachel leads the Sierra Club’s building electrification campaign, where she works with a team of attorneys, analysts, grassroots organizers, and media experts to win comprehensive policies that support electrification, and that prioritize low-income residents and workforce development. Rachel has a broad background in energy policy having covered energy efficiency, renewable energy, and transportation electrification policies in the public, non-profit, and philanthropic sectors. She has Masters degrees in Public Policy and Energy Resources from University of California, Berkeley.
