Michael Leahey is a financial strategist with 20 years of experience in industrial and energy systems, commercial real estate development, and management consulting.

Michael is the Colorado Market Leader for PACE Equity.

Before joining PACE Equity, Michael was Director of Finance for Wall Development Group, a niche retail, industrial, and mixed-use development firm in Denver, CO.

Prior to his work as a developer, Michael held various roles, including business planning consultant for the USDA’s strategic business innovation grant program; regional sustainability coordinator for a HUD/EPA/DOT funded program; a mortgage company he co-founded, and as a micro-lender.

Michael started his career in General Electric’s Financial Management leadership development program, working with GE Capital and NBC, and then as a member of GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, in the GE Capital and manufacturing divisions.

When not financing and developing real estate, Michael is passionate about helping emerging entrepreneurs & rising company leaders improve their presentation and communication skills.

In his free time, you’ll find Michael biking, hiking, camping, mountaineering and spending as much time outside and abroad as possible.
