Timothy is the Executive Director of NAESCO. Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University. Experience in performing building energy retrofits for 12 year. Work on energy efficiency has ranged from public buildings, commercial buildings, and industrial complexes. Prior employment with the US Department of Energy for 10 years, served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary and the Director of the Federal Energy Management Program.
