Thomas is the corporate real estate manager at United Therapeutics, a biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative products to address the unmet medical needs of patients with chronic and life-threatening diseases. United Therapeutics is currently building a 200,000 sqft, net zero headquarters expansion in Silver Spring, MD, for which Thomas has been responsible for managing the entitlement, design and construction. When the building is delivered in April 2018, it will be the largest commercial site-net zero building on the East Coast.
