Saahiti Penigalapati is an Integrated Design and Certification Specialist managing project certifications, sustainability goals and climate adaptive design processes for at SERA Architects. Saahiti is a LEED AP BD+C, and holds a Master of Environmental Building Design from University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Architecture from India. She has 8+ years of experience in design and sustainability and also serves as a committee co-chair for NOMA PDX whose mission is to empower local creatives, amplify underrepresented experiences within the design community, and advocate for social justice, equity, and self-determination through design achievement, community engagement, professional development, and just and confirming community practices.
