Justin is an associate at PAE, a leading sustainable design engineering firm with offices in Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco. Justin has over 17 years of experience designing and operating mechanical systems. Justin’s resume includes more than a dozen LEED rated or registered facilities and the Bullitt Center, which at six stories is the world’s largest commercial Living Building. As a designer and tenant of the Bullitt Center, Justin has a unique perspective on occupant experience and valuable access to performance data that informs current and future Net Zero designs.
