Tracy Fuentes is an ecologist with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. She focuses on how energy systems, values, institutions, and decision-making influence outcomes in multiple domains: energy use; technology adoption, infrastructure, land cover, plant communities, and environmental restoration. Tracy has a BS in Botany, an MS in Plant Biology, and a PhD in Urban Design & Planning.
