Shannon Kaplan is an electrical engineer and lighting designer at In Posse. She specializes in ultra low-energy lighting, daylighting and renewable energy systems. Shannon also specializes in plug load usage and occupant engagement. She has recently completed a Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership at Saint Joseph’s University and has a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering and a Masters of Architectural Engineering, focus in Illuminating Engineering, from Penn State University. Shannon also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Philadelphia University in the Masters of Science in Sustainable Design Program. She is a licensed Architectural Engineer in PA, MD, DE, and DC.
