Shannon has worked for over fourteen years in the building industry, performing a variety of roles including project management, team leadership and zero net energy design expertise.

Shannon’s background in architectural engineering enables her to incorporate a holistic approach to mechanical engineering. This comprehensive perspective allows her to seamlessly integrate the various disciplines throughout the project’s lifespan.

Shannon was the design engineer for the Bishop O’Dowd Center for Environmental Studies building and is an alumna of the school. She has since co-founded Alter Consulting Engineers in 2018.
