Rick Tonielli is Senior Energy Efficiency Program Manager at ComEd, where he directs a variety of research and technology pilots and develops new EE market transformation initiatives. Previously, he managed the ComEd Retro-Commissioning and Monitoring-Based Commissioning Programs. Before joining ComEd, he held various roles with AT&T and was an environmental engineer with the U.S. EPA. He is a LEED AP and holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois as well as an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
