Rachel is the Discipline Leader for Sustainability across Stantec’s Buildings Group, with over 15 years’ experience in the design, construction and analysis of high-performance and net zero energy buildings, energy efficient and renewable energy technologies. To this role she brings a passion for multidisciplinary engagement and expanding the boundaries of ‘sustainability’. Rachel serves on the Colorado Energy Coalition Public Policy Committee, was involved in the NIST Community Resilience Buildings and Facilities committee, and through her work with the global B Corp community has gained expertise in supporting diversity and inclusion through design.
