Peter Nelson is Sustainable Business Program Manager with Salt Lake City’s Department of Sustainability. Since joining the team in 2012, Peter has implemented several building and energy related initiatives, including the SLC Redevelopment Agency’s Sustainable Development Policy, the Electric Vehicle Readiness ordinance, the Elevate Buildings commercial energy benchmarking ordinance, and the City’s building decarbonization efforts. Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Science & Technology from the University of Utah.
