Kyle White is a current Master of Architecture student at the University of Oregon. After working in a local architecture firm in central Connecticut on a series of educational, commercial, and residential projects, he re-entered his education interested in socially and environmentally responsible architecture.  This appreciation for the environment stems from growing up traveling around the different environments of the East Coast and witnessing the ongoing local and global impacts of the climate crisis.  Kyle hopes to take his Solar Decathlon experience to promote environmentally responsible architecture that tackles social inequities, life cycle impacts, and educational experiences.
