With a BA from the University of Georgia and JD from Georgia State University College of Law, Joe’s previous experience at Southface Institute, Atlanta Beltline Inc., and the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Sustainability led him to a career in the green building industry. Joe is an accredited HERS Rater, LEED Green Associate, EarthCraft Technical Advisor, National Green Building Standard Master Verifier, and ENERGY STAR Field Rater. He currently serves as the Director of Multifamily Services for SK Collaborative, where he leads a team of project managers that help clients certify their projects under numerous green building programs, comply with various tax credit programs, and meet other sustainability goals.
