Jessica is a co-founder and Principal of Flywheel Development LLC, a sustainable urban development company that develops and builds some of the most environmentally-responsible buildings in the DC region. Flywheel Development focuses exclusively on net zero energy, Passivhaus and Living Building Challenge projects, and Jessica oversees project feasibility, finance, design, and construction. Jessica’s work also includes integration of renewable energy into the company’s projects and data analysis of project performance. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree, both from Cornell University.
