Elaine Miller

Market Transformation Manager | Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance

As the Market Transformation Manager for Building Envelope and Lighting Product Families, Elaine leads the development of the overall strategy and implementation plan to support the transformation of these markets in the Northwest. In this role Elaine leads national collaborative efforts for Market Transformation programs to leverage market scale for the Northwest. Elaine has spent the last 25 years dedicated to energy efficiency and environmental issues, primarily in the commercial building arena. During her tenure at  Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), she has been a marketing and program manager balancing stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, marketing and program management responsibilities. Elaine previously managed NEEA’s BetterBricks marketing efforts, NEEA’s lighting programs and now is figuring out how to tackle building envelope. Elaine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Chinese Studies from the University of California, San Diego. In her free time she enjoys riding her bike and exploring the great Northwest outdoors with her young daughter. She is also working on her (long-time) goal of learning to play the ukulele.
