| Connor is a Senior Project Manager and Practice Lead at Slipstream Inc —a mission-driven, nonprofit focused on enhancing the quality of life through energy efficiency. He manages ComEd’s Energy Efficiency Affordable Housing Program, collaborates on the Department of Energy’s performance-based procurement program known as Accelerate Performance, and leads Slipstream’s high-performance building consulting practice. Over the past 12 years, Connor’s work has focused on the integration of performance outcomes within the design and operation of buildings. He holistically applies energy efficiency, environmental outcomes and occupant well-being strategies across multiple building typologies, campuses, and public/private programs to advance stakeholder collaboration.Connor is a Director for Illinois Green Alliance, an active member in the Chicago Energy Benchmarking working group, and BIT Building volunteer. He has presented at local and national conferences and has developed AIA 2030 educational content. |
