Bryan Bomer is a Program Analyst for the Green Building Division with the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. In his current role, Bryan is responsible for the creation, implementation, and dissemination of new Green Building initiatives and programs. Graduating from The Ohio State University, Bryan has a robust background of building science, sustainability consulting, electric utility program development and is an all-around residential green building guru. He spent ten years with the renowned Austin Energy Green Building program, working day to day with design and construction professionals on residential and multi-family projects. His programmatic accomplishments range from customized marketing, net zero analytics, and rating system development to public speaking and community involvement.
