Bill is Executive Director for Resource Planning at the University of California, Santa Barbara for the Division of Student Affairs. Bill has almost 30 years of work experience in higher education serving in various capacities in Auxiliary Enterprises and in Student Affairs. Bill is currently the CFO for the Division of Student Affairs and oversees the operating and capital budgets for the Division’s twenty three units. Sustainability has been at the forefront of the efforts in Student Affairs Division. The twin sustainability goals of Zero Net Energy and LEED-Platinum EBOM for Student Affairs building portfolio have long been incorporated as priority efforts at UCSB’s Student Services. Bill has a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from UCSB and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
