Alex Goodwin is the Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at enVerid Systems, where he leads product planning and execution across the lifecycle of advanced HVAC Load Reduction (HLR) technologies. These solutions dramatically improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality, helping buildings achieve net-zero energy targets. 

Before his current role, Alex successfully directed product management at three venture-backed startups in computer hardware, industrial IoT, and robotics. His career spans over two decades, marked by a hands-on approach and a commitment to bringing breakthrough technologies to market.

Originally from South Carolina and now residing in Westwood, Massachusetts, Alex is deeply involved in his community as a Scoutmaster for a local Boy Scout troop. His dedication to the outdoors and preservation aligns with his professional work, where he champions sustainable technologies that protect and improve our environment.

Alex holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard.
