Verification involves NBI’s independent review of a building project’s design to make sure carbon reduction measures are at the mandatory minimum of the CIRRUS™ Low Carbon specification.

Renew Partners LLC is a development & management company focused on the development and adaptive reuse of historic buildings throughout Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties in Ohio. Renew Partners has extensive experience with complex capital stacks and tax credits. The firm is led by Charles A. (Chuck) Borsukoff and Shawn Neece.
