Will Bryan serves as the Built Environment Associate for the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA), where he does research and data analysis to support SEEA’s Built Environment portfolio. Prior to joining SEEA in 2018, Will taught at Georgia State University in Atlanta and conducted independent research as a postdoctoral fellow at Emory University. Will earned a B.A. from Furman University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Penn State University. He is the author of a book about conservation policy in the South, which is based on his award-winning Ph.D. dissertation, entitled The Price of Permanence: Nature and Business in the New South (University of Georgia Press, 2018).
