Beau Engman is recognized as a leader in the drive for sustainability in the built environment. As founder of PACE Equity, he has had numerous firsts in the industry including first new construction project in every asset class, first with most forms of real estate funding sources, and first in most states. Today his firm is one of the leading commercial PACE lenders in the US with over $200m in assessments closed to date.
Beau’s career is focused on breaking down barriers to energy efficiency in the private sector. He has had multiple roles including VP of Commercial Energy Solutions at Johnson Controls where managed the delivery of energy efficiency solutions to Global 1000 and commercial real estate companies across North America. Previously in his career he has founded and ultimately sold two companies to public companies.
In the future, Beau plans to make his mark influencing low carbon commercial real estate development. Beau graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Finance and International Business and currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
