Sia Xeros, in her role at Mastercard, identifies best practices pertaining to carbon reduction, sustainable design, natural resource management, and sustainable sourcing. Each of these categories are key to the successful achievement of Mastercard’s recently approved Science Based Targets (SBT). Before joining Mastercard, Sia worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported the Mastercard Real Estate Services team by providing environmental sustainability expertise and guidance. She received her degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and is currently working on completing her MBA at Washington University.
