Scott Frank has more than 30 years’ experience designing innovative and high-performance HVAC systems for a wide range of commercial and institutional building projects, both in North America and abroad. He leads JB&B’s HVAC project design teams and the Sustainable Design practice with a focus on low-carbon solutions for both new and existing buildings. Mr. Frank holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Cornell University.
