Mr. Maccarone joined Cosentini Associates in 2006 as a mechanical engineer and is now a Vice President. Greg is a passive house expert and specializes in multi-family residential and mixed-use, commercial, and senior living facilities. He led the MEP/FP team for Sendero Verde, the largest passive house complex in the country. Greg has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and is a member of ASHRAE, USGBC, ASME, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
