An MIT-trained engineer and data enthusiast, Arlis loves studying and explaining how things work. She has led demonstration projects and multi-state metering studies to examine and improve the performance of clean energy technologies and programs. After hours, Arlis works to decarbonize her city as an elected Councilwoman in Costa Mesa, California.
