How do I pay for my room?
Through Passkey by Cvent, you will be able to reserve your room and enter in your credit card information. The hotel requires all guests to secure their room and incidentals with a credit card. The hotel will charge each guest the first night’s room rate and tax as a deposit. The remaining balance will be charged after your stay.
What time is check in and check out? Can we request a late check out?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Upon request and when possible, Hotel will try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out as available.
Can I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?
Yes, we encourage guests to stay and explore New York. A limited number of shoulder dates are available through our room block at the conference rate 3 days prior and 3 days post-conference. Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
