Wade Hughes joined SMUD in January of 1998; he has used an extensive construction background and program management experience to benefit Energy Efficiency and Renewable/Solar programs at SMUD. He’s developed and managed residential and commercial customer facing programs for 18 years. In addition to managing SMUD’s nationally recognized SolarShares, Greenergy and Carbon Reduction Programs, he is now engaged in developing the next generation of carbon reduction and renewable program portfolios for SMUD.
