Marshall Keneipp, PE is a Principal with Tierra Resource Consultants with over 36 years of experience in the utility and energy industries. Mr. Keneipp has extensive experience in utility energy services program design and implementation; program impact evaluation, performance measurement and benefit/cost analysis; process and market evaluation; energy engineering methods and modeling; end-use energy systems analysis and engineering; technology assessment; and, in-field data collection and end-use metering. His work has spanned virtually all customer market segments, end use applications and fuel types. His most recent consulting assignments include the development of a portfolio of sustainability projects including comprehensive assessments of energy efficiency, renewable generation, demand management, battery storage, and electrification options; multi-year impact and process evaluations of residential and business sector DSM programs; and the design of a portfolio of utility energy efficiency programs.
