Holly has 25 years of experience using the power of the federal pocketbook to create a more sustainable marketplace for us all. She leads EPA’s low embodied carbon construction materials label program and represents EPA in federal sustainable procurement policy efforts. Previously Holly coordinated federal engagement in environmental performance standards and managed EPA’s involvement in the EPEAT ecolabel.
Holly received an Individual Leadership Award from the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council for “…vision, leadership, and dedicated effort to the advancement of the sustainable purchasing movement.” She also received an EPA Gold Award for her role in the White House’s National Strategy for Electronics Stewardship and was selected as a Fed 100.
Holly is a graduate of the Federal Executive Potential Program and holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Political Science from Macalester College.
