Dominic is a principal and Business Center Discipline Leader at Stantec Denver (formerly RNL). He is focused on promoting design and practice excellence while promoting humanistic, responsive design through his work.

Since joining the firm, Dominic established himself as a key design leader leading projects ranging from domestic higher education to civic, corporate, and international urban design work. His leadership abilities led to his election to the RNL Board of Directors in 2014. When RNL joined Stantec in July 2017, Dominic transitioned into the role of Business Center Discipline Leader working to promote Stantec’s culture of design excellence and ensuring a thoughtful, integrated approach to practice locally.

Dominic’s work has received several citations including AIA Denver, Colorado and Western Mountain Region Design Awards, an IIDA Best Award and the 2013 ISOCARP International Planning Award. In 2015, Dominic was recognized by AIA Colorado as the Emerging Professional of the Year.
