Andrea brings concepts to life through her work as a designer. Having worked on numerous office, hotel, and mixed-use building projects around the globe, she brings a varied skillset and portfolio. She has a vast portfolio of workplace buildings and campuses around the Bay Area. She collaborates with the SmithGroup’s User Experience Team, Landscape, Lighting/MEP and Design Principal to create design strategies that transform traditional office environments. Currently Andrea is bringing her expertise regarding Sustainability to a Net Zero Energy Office Building for a Confidential Headquarter Client in Sacramento, CA and an Office/ Lab Building for The City Palo Alto Regional Water Quality Control Plant. The Sacramento building will create a vibrant, flexible, amenity-rich office environment with exposed heavy timber construction, natural ventilation and light, and biophilia that will be WELL Building Certified. Her proficiency in design, documentation, and 3D visualization will bring cohesion between all team members on the project.
