Neil Bulger is a principal at Integral Group in Oakland CA and leads the building performance tea, specializing in energy analysis and simulation. He has worked on more than a dozen net zero energy projects and helps to develop the energy, comfort, and optimization options to achieve a simple elegant building. He is driven by a passion for sustainable designs that are both low energy and long lasting.

Through his career, Neil has pushed to connect the dots of developers, engineers, policy makers, and the public to focus on a more sustainable, climate resilient future. He is currently an active board member of the local IBPSA-US San Francisco Chapter, an organization fostering better buildings through simulation techniques.
