Marianne Larrisey, LEED GA, is a senior advisory consultant at CBRE with more than nine years of experience in energy management and sustainability. She has helped major clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, networking, banking and municipal sectors improve value in managing their supply side initiatives in areas such as energy procurement, greenhouse gas reporting, Energy Star benchmarking, utility administration and bill management. Marianne’s industry experience, coupled with her analytical and critical thinking skills, have led her to utilizing BMS platforms to gain a better understanding of how clients’ facilities operate in order to further optimize their energy consumption. She specializes in identifying potential issues through the BMS system and coordinating the appropriate resources to ensure a best possible resolution. Marianne is a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy, Business and Finance. When not working, she and her husband enjoy traveling; updating their home and spending time with their oversized (110 pound) black lab, Duke.
