Kendra is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and is currently serving as the Energy Services Manager for the City of Boulder. In that role, she manages the efficiency and renewable programs offered by the city, including voluntary rebate programs such as EnergySmart, as well as mandatory efforts required by regulation. She is currently working on the long term strategy for the city’s energy codes to reach net zero by 2031, and is exploring innovative energy services that Boulder might offer as a municipal electric utility. Prior to joining the city, Kendra was a Principal at Rocky Mountain Institute, leading the Buildings Practice team.
